National franchise restaurant chain Cosi has elected to work with PunchTab to roll-out a social loyalty sweepstakes. The fast casual chain recognizes the importance of customer engagement, saying “brands need to meet them (customers) where they interact, with the right kind of offers and programs that can impact their purchase behavior.”

The PunchTab technology allows Cosi customers to share details of the sweepstakes with friends through Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook, as well as mobile check-ins. The sweepstakes can be found on Facebook at and you can read more here.
