GetMoreEngagement blog, published by PunchTab, included Loyalty Truth Editor Bill Hanifin as one of the top thought leaders to follow in 2014. The complete list can be found here and includes some familiar as well as new faces to seasoned loyalty marketing professionals.
The list is a mix of people working on the client and supplier side of loyalty marketing and, in the case of Alliance Data’s Loyalty One business unit, the list effectively awarded a triple – dip award by virtue of including Colloquy, Bryan Pearson, and Jill McBride on the list.
As Google has changed its ranking algorithms to emphasize consistent updating of quality content, we see a bright future for the quality of information to be found on the internet. The first ten years of page-rank grabbing frenzy has been dominated by personal brand pumping and emphasis on quantity of followers and posts over quality of content. We are pleased to see this shift take place.
