The Loyalty Academy, the first-ever professional certification and educational program for the loyalty marketing industry, has published its November schedule. All courses are available for registration at www.LoyaltyAcademy.org.

Among the courses offered in November is the first Special Guest Lecture series on November 10th. Nick Chambers, a UK-based mobile loyalty expert, will host Course #301 – The Mobile Loyalty Landscape beginning 10AM US ET.
Anyone attending The Mobile Loyalty Landscape course will take-away a high-level appreciation of what to consider when launching a customer loyalty program based on a mobile platform. The one-hour course will address these key points:
- The intersection of loyalty marketing and mobile – a global set of criteria with localized influences
- Why choose mobile?
- The convergence of mobile loyalty & payments
- Key technology issues
- Customer engagement strategies
- Case studies: Retail, Hospitality from the UK Perspective
For those enrolled in the Loyalty Academy and already accumulating credit towards the Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) status, there are plenty of opportunities to continue on that journey by registering for any or all of the November courses. To guide selection of courses, numbers in the 100 series are required for certification, while course numbers in the 200 series are electives. All courses are delivered on-line and all times are US Eastern Time Zone.
