Ireland’s largest retailer, Topaz, announced a new partnership with AXA.
Topaz has over 3.3 Billion Euro turnover annually sold through 336 station locations and 1,700 employees. Seeking a way to link customers across retail fuel, fuel card and home heating businesses, Topaz launched the Play or Park loyalty programme last year.
Paul Candon, director of loyalty at Topaz shared in an interview that “we could have created a boring loyalty programme, but a loyalty game is much better!” You can hear more of what Paul has to say during a session on Loyalty Marketing at NACS SHOW 2013, to be held in Atlanta October 12-15.
