Alliance Data Systems (NYSE – ADS) announced it has acquired a 60% stake in Brand Loyalty, a loyalty supplier based in the Netherlands. The transaction gives ADS its first foothold in the EU market.
BrandLoyalty reports annual turnover of US$ 400 million and concentrates its efforts in Germany, France, Italy in Europe as well as key markets in Asia. With 400 associates working across 14 offices, ADS positions its LoyaltyOne business unit to expand across European and Asian markets.
