Maritz ranks the top 17 loyalty programs in the US

Conference organizer Terrapinn has been publishing lots of good content via its Total Customer blog. I’ll share my reading list of top loyalty blogs here soon, but today the subject is the ranking the top 17 loyalty programs by industry.

The list comes courtesy of Maritz and highlights some deserving and familiar names, while missing the mark on others. Maritz based its list on specific criteria and any Letterman style list ranking includes at least a small dose of subjectivity.

American Express Membership Rewards made the list as did the loyalty programs from leading hotel and airlines including IHG, Marriott, Hilton, American, Delta and Southwest. Noticeably absent from the list were Amazon Prime, Dunkin Donuts Perks, Lowes My Lowe’s, Starbucks Rewards, Safeway’s Just for U, and US Bank FlexPerks.

Maybe LoyaltyTruth will have to work on a list of our own!
