HYATT launches world’s largest focus group

Not just an attempt to gain recognition by Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Hyatt has announced what it considers to be the World’s Largest Focus Group. The goal is to gather hotel guest feedback and make changes needed to improve the travel experience with Hyatt hotels.

The effort is being conducted through Twitter conversations and represents the second phase of Hyatt’s 18-month listening exercise. It kicks off September 26, 2013. To join The World’s Largest Focus Group on Twitter follow #HyattWLFG or visit Hyatt on Facebook.
