Larry Maxfield, the founder and former CEO of Access Development, has announced the appointment of Casey Kleinman as the new CEO and Kelly Passey as President.

Access self styles as “one of America’s largest private discount networks” and in plain language, they have developed one of the largest portfolios of local merchants offering reward content in the US. Banding together a significant volume of local merchants willing to participate in a connected promotional marketing program, is the “holy grail” of customer loyalty. Many desire to have it, but most have found the effort too costly and time consuming to get the job done. Access is a leader in this very unique space.

The company boasts highly tenured leadership. Kleinman has served as President for the past 11 years and has been with Access for 16 years. Kelly Passey, formerly of Visa, has served as EVP of business and product development and will now focus on generating additional growth for Access.

Congratulations to Access Development as it reinforces stability among its management team and sets the foundation for growth into the next era of its development.
