McDonald’s announced it is rolling out a mobile loyalty program with Front Flip LLC in about 570 U.S. locations. Long a proponent of contests, sweepstakes, and menu-driven discounts, the loyalty “test” signifies a milestone for McDonald’s and maybe the wider quick serve restaurant business.
Clearly wishing to reach younger customers with its mobile delivery, the program has already launched in over 400 locations rewarding customers with free food and other goodies.
