Denny’s, one of America’s most familiar family restaurants, is testing a mobile loyalty program.
Denny’s opted to engage Paytronix’s Express Pilots program during this trial period which allows marketers to test a variety of methods, models and strategies before bringing a loyalty program to market. As Michelle Tempesta, Director of Product Marketing at Paytronix Systems explained “as part of EXPRESS Pilots, Denny’s is able to test the efficacy of an app without investing a great deal of money customizing it for the brand.”
The EXPRESS Pilots program from Paytronix is customisable and supports the demands of high volume, high frequency transaction processing. Marketers can create personalised campaigns based on purchase behavior and delivers geo-fenced push notifications to engage customers near the point of purchase.
